To find them, first click on the **Files** app that is linked in the top menu. .. image:: files-1-menu.png This will open the primary view of the **Files** app, which looks like this: .. image:: files-2-tree.png This is your *home folder*, which also automatically contains all the folders that have been shared with you. This includes the project working folders as well. (1) Depending on your assigned role in the project, you will have access to the ``-administrative`` folder, the ``-operative`` folder, or both. Note that you can also always find the project folders on the *tree view* on the left-hand side (2) if you're lost. .. note:: If you can't find the folder for a specific project, make sure to check :ref:`nc-recently-added`. Frequently asked questions ========================== .. _nc-recently-added: I was recently added to a project and can't find the shared project folder -------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you were just added to a new project and the shared folder for your project cannot be found, it is possible that Nextcloud was not informed of your updated project membership yet. This can be resolved by simply **logging out and back in** to Nextcloud once. This will cause Nextcloud to become aware of your new membership, and the project folder should now appear. When trying to sign in, I receive the error "The authorization state [...] of this page is either invalid or has already been consumed." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This occasionally happens due to repeated sign-in attempts from the same client, or similar happenstances. Try clearing your browser's cookies and session storage for the ``digital-hub.sh`` domain, and then attempt to sign in again.
